Love the layout of my two bedroom/1 bath apartment! The staff is friendly and responsive.

We’ve been living in Wesdale Parke for more than 4 years. Recently we began to see a good positive change in different areas. We had some maintenance issues in the past, but we are very satisfied now with the new staff and the new management. We had recently an issue with a clogged master bathroom. My wife and I headed to the office a young lady named Briana Ramos welcomed us and made us feel at home. She was a great listener, very polite and very professional and she took notes of everything we shared with her. Few ours later, we received an email from her informing us that she schedule with the maintenance crew not just to fix our bathroom, but also to change our coils on the stove. She also spoke with the manager about the carpet change for our apartment, and the manager scheduled our carpet change to be done in the next 2 months. I highly recommend the customer service in Westdale Parke!

After living here a year, not only is parking never an issue, the place is super quiet, the neighborhood is fantastic. Our maintenance crew is super responsive and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We don't have to get much help from the office but when we do have an interaction with them they go above and beyond in every way they can.

I want the administration staff to know what a treasure you have with Scott. Knowledgeable and professional. He came after hours to check on my situation with the air conditioning unit.... after it started to work again. I appreciate it very much. Thank you for having him as part of your staff. I am going to move in two weeks. I had some doubts about different issues, but thanks to Gabriel everything is fine now. He has been really nice with us. Having people like him makes a difference.

Big shout out to Scott in maintenance!! I put in a request for my A/C and it was done the same day! and perfect! Not only that, he went above and beyond. Gratitude for him and the quick response! Thanks Westdale Parke! and Scott!! Thank you! This place rocks.

I've lived here for over two years and overall had a very good experience in this apt community! I like all my neighbors, it's in a great location, and maintenance as well as the front office staff are awesome (Shout out to Bethany)!

I have been living at Westdale Parke for more than a year now. The location is absolutely great, centrally located near major streets and one minute access to restaurants, supermarkets, medical offices, only 5 miles away from downtown. Free shuttle to UT. I have had issues in the unit with a/c condensation and bathtub leak. Although it is not a luxury or brand new apartments, management strives to keep the apartment in good shape.
