Westdale Parke Residents!
In celebration of Thanksgiving, our office will be closed on
Thursday November 22nd, 2018
We will reopen on Friday November 23rd, 2018 From 8:30 -5:30pm and Saturday November 24th at normal business hours, 10 am-5 pm.
For maintenance emergency, please call 512 345 4444 and follow the prompts.
Reminder: Westdale Parke is a green property – meaning all regular maintenance request and rent payments are to be submitted online. If you have not already set up your online account, use your Resident ID# for to set up your online rent payment account here or your resident services account here. Feel free to also stop by the office and let our helpful staff assist you right on your cell phone, laptop, or tablet!

Beginning Monday September 17th through October 3rd, Certified Arbor Care will be pruning the trees throughout the property on Mondays and Thursdays. On these days, we ask that you please:
- Avoid parking under unpruned trees between 9:00am and 4:00pm to allow worker access to these trees.
- Remove all breakable items from patios that are close to trees.
- Use extra caution in all areas where tree work is being performed.

Austin's HOT Summer Weather is right around the corner! Westdale Parke Apartments has partnered with IREM Austin and BOMA to host a Summer Drive, benefiting Mobile Loaves and Fishes.
From Monday, May 20th – Friday, May 20th, 2016, donate new travel-sized sunscreen, chapstick and new or gently used hats to help the homeless. Mobile Loaves & Fishes Community First! Village residents will sort the donations, and items will be distributed to those in need on the street.
Please take this opportunity to improve the daily lives of Austin’s homeless population with these simple donations.
