We’ve been living in Wesdale Parke for more than 4 years. Recently we began to see a good positive change in different areas. ... We had some maintenance issues in the past, but we are very satisfied now with the new staff and the new management. We had recently an issue with a clogged master bathroom. My wife and I headed to the office a young lady named Briana Ramos welcomed us and made us feel at home. She was a great listener, very polite and very professional and she took notes of everything we shared with her. Few ours later, we received an email from her informing us that she schedule with the maintenance crew not just to fix our bathroom, but also to change our coils on the stove. She also spoke with the manager about the carpet change for our apartment, and the manager scheduled our carpet change to be done in the next 2 months. After living here a year, not only is parking never an issue, the place is super quiet, the neighborhood is fantastic. Our ... maintenance crew is super responsive and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We don't have to get much help from the office but when we do have an interaction with them they go above and beyond in every way they can. I have been living at Westdale Parke for more than a year now. The location is absolutely great, centrally located near major ... streets and one minute access to restaurants, supermarkets, medical offices, only 5 miles away from downtown. Free shuttle to UT. I have had issues in the unit with a/c condensation and bathtub leak. Although it is not a luxury or brand new apartments, management strives to keep the apartment in good shape.
